This is the form to fill out if you would like to be one of our volunteer faculty members for our summer camp in June at Camp Allendale.
For those of you who are parents, please keep in mind that since the camp bases grades on what students will enter in the fall, please answer below based on what grade your child will be going into instead of which one they are currently in.
(If you do not have any children, you can leave those blanks empty.)

Please know that filling out this application does not guarantee your participation for this event.
Once we process those who have applied and consider the needs we have based on the number of campers registered, you will be contacted if we have accepted your application and would like you to join us.
If you do not hear from us, then you are being held in our volunteer waiting list.
